We at Best Landscapes work with commercial properties of all sizes but specialize in Home Owner's Associations. 

 

Grounds Maintenance

We offer comprehensive ground maintenance services and tailor our maintenance agreements to meet the specific needs of each property.  Our maintenance agreements typically include mowing, edging, trimming, tree trimming, detailing landscape beds, fertilization & weed control and monthly irrigation inspections.

Landscape Design & Installation

​

We have experience in the design and installation of landscapes, both new installations and renovations - large & small.  Either working in conjunction with a Landscape Architect or working with our client to do the designs ourselves,

we deliver a high-quality finished product.

Irrigation

​

We offer comprehensive irrigation services, from design & installation to troubleshooting & repair of traditional and 2-wire irrigation systems. We special in installing smart irrigation systems and drip irrigation, both with a

focus on water conservation.

Gates & Access Systems

​

We offer gates, access systems & camera services that include gate fabrication, installation, gate repair,

access system installation, camera system maintenance & repair, including after hours

service calls to maintenance contract customers.

Company Leadership

​

Best Landscapes was started in 2011 by Laurie Casias who is a licensed irrigator & landscape designer. Brian Cohrs joined her in 2015 and they jointly own the company. Laurie is the Managing Partner and works closely with many of our customers on design projects that include both landscaping & irrigation designs. Brian serves as the Operations Manager and manages the maintenance & special projects teams.
